A4 ART AUSTRALIA

A4 ART AUSTRALIA

February 28, 2026

We would like to invite you and your Members to participate in our 13th annual A4 Art Australia exhibition - showing from 28 February to 6 April 2026.

The exhibition will be open to the public at the Herring Island Art Gallery for a period of 6 weekends including Labour Day 9 March, Good Friday, 3 April and Easter Monday, 6 April in 2026.

Each year this exhibition has grown and proven to be popular with the public, with high visitor numbers over the exhibition duration and many sales. This year we will again have an online 'e-shop' for artwork sales, making it even easier for art-lovers to buy your work! Artworks will be held by us and available for online sales after the end of the physical exhibition (6 April) and available online to purchase until the 30 June 2026. All unsold artworks will be returned after this time.

The exhibition is widely promoted with a downloadable e-invitation, advertisements in Art Almanac, and other publications, as well as public signboards and social media - Facebook, Instagram & Twitter. This Annual Exhibition is popular with the public, and our previous exhibitions have had great artwork sales, selling between 70 and 190 individual artworks. We also offer to post (2D artworks) anywhere in Australia for the catalogue price (unframed) This is also popular. Whilst we can't guarantee everyone will sell, we try our best to assist in sales!

What is A4 Art Australia?

Contemporary artists are invited to submit up to four (4) A4-sized artworks for the exhibition.
