Watercolour workshop presented by Jayson Castor.

Jayson delighted 15 participants with a very well presented and informative watercolour workshop. The first day’s subject was streetscapes and involved lessons in perspective and composition and the second was landscape.
During the workshop we were treated to several demonstrations which had everyone spellbound.
We were all surprised to hear that it was Jayson’s first workshop, he had presented many demonstrations previously but not a 2 day workshop.

He proved a very organised presenter.

Day 1 - "Streetscape": Explore the intricacies of streetscapes as Jayson Castor guides you through the following topics: -Introduction to materials and tools -Fundamentals of Perspective and Sketching -Composition, Values, and Colors -In-depth explanation of the chosen streetscape location -Live sketching and painting demonstration lasting approximately 1-1.5 hours

Day 2 - "Landscape": Embark on a journey into the world of landscapes with the following agenda: -Detailed explanation of the chosen landscape location. -Live sketching and painting demonstration lasting approximately 1-1.5 hours -Hands-on painting session for participants -Opportunity to explore another sample, either landscape or waterscape
