Adelaide Art Society Sales Gallery Terms & Conditions
The society is providing.
- The exhibition and sales venue, via the website.
- Initial contact with buyers.
- The exchange of contact information between artist and buyer.
- Notifying the artist of payment by the buyer.
- Once the Adelaide Art Society has evidence the artwork has been transferred, the buyers' funds, minus commission, will be transferred to the artists’ bank account.
- The Adelaide Art Society will be responsible for the artist having the buyers' contact details asap after the sale
- Sales will attract a 10%, commission. There is no fee for using the sales page.
The exhibiting artist will supply the following to the society via AAS contact
- Good quality images of artwork, no more than 500kb in size.
- Prices for framed or unframed work.
- The medium of the work.
- The size and in the case of sculpture include the weight of the work.
- Your Electronic Funds Transfer details, bank BSB number, account name and account number. Sales will attract a 10%, commission to the Society. There is no fee for using the sales page.
The artist is responsible for
- For contacting with the buyer.
- Arranging the transfer of the work to the buyer after payment has been received by the AAS.
- Any insurance the buyer may want is worked out between buyer and artist.
